In this context AMETRA Ingénierie has designed and completed a Spreader T10

This spreader’s main function is the handling of large parts for the defense sector.

This project has been completed in compliance with our P2P project approach, which enables AMETRA Ingénierie teams to work in simultaneous engineering mode and therewith to commit all intervening sectors: mechanics, calculation and manufacturing, from the start of the project.

This project required a collaborative work with our industrial partners for the implementation and installation of the tool on the client’s site.

The main parts of this project were:

• Analysis of the entry data (requirement table…)
• Risk analysis
• Functional analysis of the tool
• Brainstorming and solutions design to cost
• Detailed study, calculation and definition files
• Manufacturing and assembly
• Load test (with approved body) and CE certification
• Adjustment, integration and delivery on the client’s site
• Technical support (manual of operating instructions, user manual, maintenance instructions…)
